Denise Richards has reacted to her daughter’s decision to join OnlyFans after Charlie Sheen criticised her.
The Platoon actor’s daughter Sami Sheen revealed earlier this week that she’d joined the online subscription service.
In response, Charlie Sheen said he ‘does not condone’ the move but that he hopes she keeps it ‘classy, creative’ and doesn’t ‘sacrifice her integrity’.

However, Richards – who was married to Sheen from 2002 to 2006 – has since spoken in defence of Sami, saying she ‘can’t be judgemental of her choices’ and ‘her father shouldn't be either’.
In a recent Q&A, Sami said her 'mom is extremely supportive’ of her venture, and this certainly appeared to be the case in a statement Richards shared on her Instagram page.
The 51-year-old Love Actually star wrote: “Lots of negative comments on my social this past week. I have to say, I wish I had the confidence my 18 yr old daughter has.

“And I also can't be judgmental of her choices. I did Wild Things & Playboy, quite frankly her father shouldn't be either.
“And to be able to ignore the negativity at her age? It took me many years & I still sometimes struggle.
“I'm in awe of her ability to be able to shut out the noise. Because it can destroy you.”
Richards also spoke about the judgement people face on OnlyFans, asking: “Is there really a difference posting a picture of ourself in a bikini on IG?”

She continued: “We’ve all done it. Because you get paid on OnlyFans? I’m pretty sure IG & Twitter & Facebook do quite well off of all of us. Is it so bad to control it & monetize it too?
“I'm sorry, but s**t if I can get paid and at my age? To see me in a bikini?!? God bless you. Perhaps I should open my own account...”
The news arrives after Sheen, 56, told E! News that he doesn’t condone Sami’s move to join OnlyFans.
"But since I'm unable to prevent it, I urged her to keep it classy, creative and not sacrifice her integrity," he continued.

The father added that his daughter's decision to join the platform was not one that was made 'under his roof’, adding: “She is 18 years old now and living with her mother.“
Besides her parents’ opinions, fans were very supportive of Sami’s decision to open an account.
They also praised her body positive attitude, with the 18-year-old Two And A Half Men star saying the important thing was to make ‘sure you're comfortable with your posting' and keep in mind that 'all bodies are beautiful'.
