Amy Schumer has responded after John Cena spoke about a sex scene that the pair filmed during their movie, Trainwreck.
Back in 2015, Cena played one of Schumer's flings in the film, which saw the comedian play a young magazine writer named Amy, who had been a commitment-phobe since her dad told her that monogamy wasn't real.
After a series of wild and hilarious encounters in her single life, Amy finds love with a sports doctor named Aaron.

But before she has her happily ever after, Amy has a fling with Cena's character, Steven.
It was pretty awkward in the movie, and apparently even more awkward to film.
During the scene, Amy asks dedicated gym goer Steven to ‘mix it up a little bit’ and to ‘talk dirty’. But he struggles with this and promises to ‘fill you with protein’ and ‘put my green drink in you’.

Speaking about the sex scene, Cena told the Club Shay Shay podcast that it was 'real embarrassing'.
Pointing at the crew during the podcast recording, he said: “This is the thing — right now, you guys at home think it's just us. No, there's a whole f**king world back here,” before explaining there were even more on set of the film.
He continued: “There are so many people you need to make a movie. There is nothing intimate about it. Nothing.
“So it's real embarrassing, and on top of that, to do a comedic sex scene when you're making fun of yourself.”

Schumer has since responded to Cena's comments, taking to social media where she joked: “John, how dare you?”
Sharing a broken heart in the caption, she said: “That sex scene meant a lot to me, and I was, like, very into it. And I’m in love with you.”
Cena did praise Schumer for how she handled the scene however, adding: “Amy is an angel, she made the environment so comfortable, and then when I got the part, eventually they were like, 'Yeah, it's a sex scene. We want you to do elaborate and crazy stunt sex, and all those lines you had?

"We're probably not going to use them, we're just going to do this stunt sex scene.”

It's not the first time Schumer has opened up about the moment. During an Aussie chat show, Schumer was asked how she kept a straight face as Cena’s modesty was only just about protected.
“Because he was actually inside me. Who am I to stop him?” she joked.

And speaking during press interviews around the release, she added: “It’s a whole universe, that butt… it’s not even human.
“It felt like having a refrigerator on top of me.”
And to MTV Australia, Schumer admitted: “I think it was probably harder for him. He had to, like, do something. I just did what I usually do when I have sex. Just lay there, so yeah.”
The wrestler revealed later in a chat with the Howard Stern Show that he had been wearing a ‘modesty sock’ during the filming of the scene.
