While most of us have spent the past week with the Olympics on our screen, plenty of others have been opting for the big screen so they can take in the latest Marvel film.
Yep, it’s been just over a week now since Deadpool and Wolverine landed in cinemas and fans are loving it.
The movie with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman has left viewers asking desperate questions, disappointed with behind-the-scenes truths and shocked over savage jokes.

And now viewers are realising they all got annoyed by the same thing during the film’s opening credits.
Sure, the film opens with that ‘Bye Bye Bye’ number as well as a particularly brutal scene that’s broken a Marvel record but there’s something else before all of that.
As any fan knows, the movies in the series open with the Marvel theme, montaging various characters as the legendary logo is formed.

But for Deadpool 3, things are slightly different. That’s because the theme is accompanied by someone singing along to it. And that someone is, obviously, Deadpool.
Only a lot of viewers in cinemas didn’t quite realise it’s Reynolds voice coming from the speakers.
One fan shared a clip to TikTok asking: “Who else thought someone was singing the intro in the theatre?”

And they certainly aren’t alone, as many put: “I actually got annoyed and thought someone was singing it.”
With another echoing: “I actually thought it was the person in front of me.”
“I was muttering it under my breath and thought it was me,” one even said.
Another embarrassed fan admitted: “Deaddd I though it was the guys behind me I got so annoyed.”

“It took me an embarrassing amount of time to realise it was Deadpool and not someone in the cinema,” someone else confessed.
Although, many did agree: “If you know Deadpool, you’ll know it’s Deadpool.”
As one questioned: “Do u not know Reynold’s voice?”
Many fans were also left disappointed after they found out the truth about the opening to the new Marvel movie.

When Deadpool and Wolverine kicks off, fans are treated to the superhero throwing some mad shapes with some serious, full-out choreography to NSYNC’s bop, ‘Bye Bye Bye’.
While plenty of people were impressed with Reynolds' dancing skills, it turns out it’s not actually him at all.
Instead, it’s professional dancer Nick Pauley donning the red suit and he later thanked the team for their ‘encouragement and enthusiasm’ with fans saying it’s ‘the best opening for a superhero movie’ they’d ever seen.
