Deadpool and Wolverine may only be just over a week away, but that isn’t stopping fans from continuing to pour over every promo or trailer being released.
With every new bit of promo released, you will get thousands of fans trying to be the one to come up with a theory that unlocks what the film will be about.
While many members of the press have seen the first 40 minutes of the film already, all will be keeping their traps shut for fear of Kevin Feige coming after them.

I for one am afraid of Kevin and will not be saying a word.
A new promo has been released, however, and whilst it could easilty fit into a popular if obvious fan theory – many Marvel fans have instead suggested an alternative that is even funnier.
The promo introduces a bunch of variant version of the Merc with a Mouth, ranging from a cowboy Deadpool to Dogpool, who is played by Peggy (who previously won the award of ‘Ugliest Dog in Britain).

One of the variants however is ‘Lady Deadpool’, a fem Deadpool variant with long blonde locks.
The obvious theory that everyone has been going with relates to the two cameos almost everyone is expecting from the film.
The first has already been debunked by Entertainment Weekly, but many are still convinced it will be played by Taylor Swift.
The megastar singer and private jet-enjoyer may have been slated to not appear in the film by the US magazine, but after Andrew Garfield’s press tour denying his role in Spider-Man: No Way Home, it’s understandable fans refuse to believe it till they see it.

The other is far more plausible, and the leading theory, that Ryan Reynolds’ wife Blake Lively will appear in the film, likely as Lady Deadpool.
While this is very possible, especially with her being a very accomplished actor in her own right, some fans have a far funnier theory.
One posted on X to say: “Everyone debating on whether Lady Deadpool is played by Blake Lively or Taylor Swift but it would be way funnier if it’s just also Ryan.”

A second said: “Is it just Ryan in a wig? Pls be Ryan in a wig.”
Another fan even went as far as to say: “I'd say there's a 99.9% chance Lady Deadpool is Ryan Reynolds”.
Many in the replies were convinced by the theory, with one fan even saying: “Legit want this now.”
Regardless of who you think it’s going to be, we will all found out very soon, with Deadpool and Wolverine getting its worldwide release on July 25.
