Many of us might dream of jetting off to sunny California, but few of us will get quite as high as Gino D’Acampo did in a recently unearthed clip.
The TV chef was filming an episode of Gordon, Gino and Fred's American Road Trip, when he and his co-stars decided to partake in a little, um, extra herb.
Barely unable to contain his giggles, the 46-year-old struggled to keep a straight face as he indulged in a ‘hippy high tea’.
Originally airing during the pandemic, the hit ITV series followed the three personalities as they toured the continental US in search of great food.

The hilarious show often saw the men get into all kind of hijinks (see what we did there), including eating a $777 (£629) burger in Vegas, take part in a Mexican wrestling competition, and do goat yoga - yes, really.
Whilst viewers at home loved their adventures in their custom RV, one of D'Acampo’s co-stars wasn’t so impressed when he added more than just salad leaves to his cooking.
In the recently unearthed clip, D’Acampo can be seen partaking in the ‘hippie high tea’ which has classics like crustless sandwiches infused with weed.

As he and co-star Fred Sirieix sample the various treats on offer, and the Italian chef can be seen adding more cannabis oil to the finger food via a pipette.
We suggest that you skip recreating this recipe at home though, as the ‘hippie high tea’ included THC, a banned chemical compound which gives users the high.
However, this didn’t stop D’Acampo from overdoing it as he struggled to stop laughing whilst trying to describe the cuisine to an unimpressed Gordon Ramsey.
Naturally, the blonde Brit caused a stir by refusing to take part in the taster, and told off his co-stars as they got increasingly baked.

He even had to watch in horror as the group were then whisked off to a goat yoga session, with D’Campo and Sirieix donning spandex for the exercise.
Speaking about his overseas escapades, the Italian cook told The One Show that he’d been as ‘high as a kite throughout the yoga session.
He even admitted that he’d only worn the bright pink lycra, leg warmers and leggings because he’d been so inebriated at the time.

The 46-year-old told viewers: "And I can also tell you that, this is why I was dressed like that. I had sunglasses because I was high as a kite."
Honestly Gino, they can't take you anywhere.
