Harry Styles scooped up four Brit Awards last night and he made sure to thank the important people in his life who'd got him this far, with his mum being most important of all.
Most people won't ever win a Brit Award in their life, so to win four in one night is a pretty darn special achievement, with Styles scooping up trophies in all four categories he was nominated in.
His hit song 'As It Was' won the Song of the Year award while he also picked up British Album of the Year, Best British Pop/R&B Act and topped it all off by being named Artist of the Year.

With four nominations and four wins under his belt the night really couldn't have gone much better for Harry, though some people do reckon he had some subtle shade thrown his way by rapper Aitch.
Lots of awards means lots of acceptance speeches, and Styles certainly didn't disappoint in that regard, making sure to mention the people most important and giving a shout-out to the TV show that initially catapulted him to stardom.
Styles used his acceptance speech to pay tribute to his mum for putting him on The X-Factor all those years ago and setting him on the path to being part of the band One Direction.

Speaking of which, there were special shout-outs to each of his former band members as the singer admitted he 'wouldn't be here without you'.
He said: "I want to thank my mum for signing me up for X-Factor without telling me, so I literally wouldn't be here without you.
"I want to thank Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayne 'cos I wouldn't be here without you either, thank you so much."
His words have sent old One Direction fans into meltdown, and even some people who aren't bothered about the band have been touched.

One person said they were 'not even a fan but ik this means the world to directioners', while another said the speech had left them 'shaking, shook, crying', which sounds like someone in serious emotional distress but we'll assume it was more excitement than anything bad.
Someone else said his speech paying tribute to his mum and former bandmates 'shows he hasn't forgotten where he came from', while a second said they were sure they could see 'the nostalgia in his eyes before mentioning the boys'.
Another simply said 'he ate', and I presume they also think he left no crumbs, which the kids these days assure me is a compliment.
