Jamie, 47, shared the sweet news on Easter Sunday (9 April), posting photos from the island beach ceremony and explaining why he and his wife of 23 years decided to get married all over again.
Captioning the post to Instagram, Oliver wrote: "Morning all, Me & @joolsoliver got married again!
"Yep, after 23 years together, we thought it would be a special moment to celebrate renewing our wedding vows before the kids all start leaving the nest.
"It was really special, funny and romantic with the words in the ceremony making more sense having come this far together."

Reflecting on their first wedding together all the way back in 2000, he continued: "It seems like a blink since the first wedding which we kept very private apart from the paparazzi at the village church we thought it would be a happy and joyful moment to share with you all this Easter.
"We’ve always dreamed of going to the Maldives and it was just as you would have dreamed, simply amazing!
"A massive thank you to all the team at @discoversoneva for blowing our minds and making this moment so special and memorable big love guys Jamie xxxxxxxxx."

Joined only by their five kids, Jamie and Jools were barefoot on the beach for the simple ceremony.
While Jamie's sons Buddy, 12, and River, 6, wore pale blue shorts to match their dad's suit, his daughters Poppy, 21, Daisy, 19, and Petal, 14, wore white to match their mum's wedding dress.
Sharing the same collection of photos to her own Instagram page, Jools raved about the tropical wedding.

"So wonderful the first time we did it again," she wrote.
"What an incredible memory to treasure so happy, emotional, romantic and beautiful.
"Seeing the children’s little faces made the whole experience so special. I could only have dreamed of being on a holiday this magical."
Jamie was just 24 when he first said 'I do' to Jools back in June 2000 at All Saints Church in Essex.

The young couple had been dating for eight years by the time they first walked down the aisle.
Jamie and Jools had been planning a vow renewal ever since they hit their 20th wedding anniversary, but decided to hold off until intense restrictions blew over.
"Jools wants to get married again. We'll do it completely differently," he had told Event magazine back in 2020.
"It sounds a bit cheesy, but 20 is an amazing milestone. It's nice to have an excuse to get people together."
Any excuse to jet off to the Maldives is a good one, really.
