Keanu Reeves had a heartwarming and rather saucy reaction to a fan that proposed to him.
Well, not only did the 2023 South By Southwest (SXSW) film festival welcome Reeve’s new flick, John Wick: Chapter 4 but a marriage proposal was also on the cards.
Variety reported that Reeves and director Chad Stahelski stepped onto the stage for a special Q&A following the film’s premiere, which elicited numerous standing ovations from the crowd.

Reeves and Stahelski were both blown away by the reaction, with the director proclaiming: “This is one of the best audiences of all time.”
At one point during the conference, Reeves revealed he kept Wick’s watch and wedding ring from the previous movies, to which an audience member shouted: “I’ll marry you!”
The action star replied: “Yeah, be careful what you wish for."
Ah, this man always manages to be humble, even in the most intense press junkets.

While the next instalment of the neo-noir action franchise is not out for a couple of days, early reviews started rolling in, and the critics are loving it.
The upcoming action flick impressively achieved 90 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes, with many calling it one of the ‘greatest action films ever’.
Reviewer Ed Travis from Cinapse upped the ante on the 'greatest action movie' claim, calling the film ‘simply one of the greatest action films of this generation, and perhaps of all time.’

John Nguyen praised the film’s action sequences and said chapter four brings it to a ‘higher level’ while Aaron Peterson for The Hollywood Outsider said there might not be another movie like this for quite some time.
Reeves reprises the titular role, with Ian McShane returning as Winston and Lance Reddick as Charon.
They will also be joined by Bill Skarsgård, who plays The Marquis de Gramont, a member of the High Table whose position is challenged by John Wick, Shamier Anderson as The Tracker, Laurence Fishburne as The Bowery King, and Clancy Brown as The Harbinger.
And while the finer details have been kept under wraps, Stahelski teased to Collider back in February: “We wrote a longer movie. We wrote a bigger movie. We wrote a longer script. We wrote at least a third more scenes than the last one.

“We expect it to be more. We've always expected it to be more.
"And I think the test, or at least what we're judging ourselves by, is that worth it with how we executed what we want it to be more or not? And I think the answer's yes.”
John Wick: Chapter 4 is set to be released on March 24.
