This comes less than a month after the actor, who has appeared in The Flash and the Fantastic Beasts series, was booked for disorderly conduct and harassment in the same US state.
Miller was taken into police custody on 28 March, after attending a karaoke bar along Silva Street in Hawaii County the day before.
The actor is said to have been yelling obscenities and became agitated when people began singing karaoke, at one point grabbing the microphone from a 23-year-old woman while she was mid-song, according to police.
Miller reportedly also lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts and failed to calm down despite the bar owner asking him several times.

In a news release relating to the arrest, the Hawaii Police Department said South Hilo patrol officers responded to a report of disorderly patron at a bar at 11.30pm on Sunday. Miller, who police initially described as a '29-year-old man visiting from Vermont', was arrested shortly after midnight as a result of his actions.
Miller was charged with both disorderly conduct and harassment, with the first charge relating to them grabbing the microphone from the singing woman and the second relating to them lunging at the man.
Miller had their bail set at $500, which they posted before being released.
