Photos have been shown at Johnny Depp's defamation trial against his ex-wife Amber Heard that appear to show injuries to the actor's face.
The courtroom was shown two close-up pictures of Depp's face that were taken in December 2015.
Law and Crime Network alleges they illustrate 'black eye/injuries to Depp's face'.

The images were revealed while Depp's security guard, Sean Bett, testified at the high-profile defamation trial.
Bett alleged that wasn't the only time he saw the actor with injuries to his face and opened up about how Depp and Heard argued constantly.
He explained how one time, when Depp asked him to take Heard to their penthouse to calm down, he told her privately in the car that 'this can’t continue'.

Bett added that 'you’re either going to kill each other or you’re going to end up in jail'.
He was asked whether he ever saw injuries on Amber Heard in the time he worked with the couple and he said no. However, he did say he saw injuries on Johnny Depp during that same timeframe.
This isn't the first time Sean Bett has testified in relation to his work with Depp and Heard.
Back in 2020, when Depp sued British newspaper The Sun for libel because he was called a 'wife beater' in an article, the security guard was asked to comment on what he witnessed during his time with the couple.

He told that trial: “I have never seen Mr Depp being violent anyone including Ms Heard during the long period I’ve been working for him.
"In addition, I have observed Ms Heard throwing bottles, glasses, and other objects at Mr. Depp while being verbally abusive towards him.”
Depp is suing his ex-wife after she implied she was a victim of domestic abuse during her marriage in an opinion piece written for The Washington Post.

The trial has already heard from many people within the pair's inner circle to zero in on what the couple was like behind closed doors.
Johnny Depp's doctor gave evidence and claimed he had also never seen Amber Heard with injuries related to domestic violence.
Dr David Kipper stated he 'never saw Depp abuse Heard or witnessed any evidence of abuse. He also says he never witnessed Heard abuse Depp', according to Law Crime Daily reporter Sierra Gillespie.
"Dr Kipper also states he never saw injuries on Heard consistent with domestic abuse, nor was told by Heard that Depp was abusive toward her," the report reads.

Questioned about Depp's finger injury in Australia, Dr Kipper recounted being present at the emergency room with Depp.
The doctor noted he didn't notice Heard having any 'visible injuries' at the time, 'including swelling, cuts or bruises' and if he had, they would have been documented.
When asked whether or not Depp had ever confided in him saying Heard had abused him, the doctor responded: "No, not that I can recall."
