Khloe Kardashian might have spent most of her adult life in front of reality TV cameras, but that doesn't mean barbs about her looks don't hurt her.
Constant speculation about her getting plastic surgery has taken its toll, with Kardashian telling podcast Not Skinny But Not Fat she's sick of it.
Kardashian explained to podcast host Amanda Hirsch that she still gets offended by some comments after 15 years of being on television.

"It did use to bother me when people were [saying] I've had 12 face transplants," the 37-year-old said.
"I'm like, 'Oh, my God, I have?' I was like, 'That's crazy'."
The mum-of-one went on to correct herself.
"It didn't bother me. It offended me," she said. "I just couldn't figure out why people thought that."
Kardashian went on to reveal what surgeries she has actually had: "One nose job that I love."

The reality star has never denied she's had work done on her nose, which occurred in 2019.
When chatting about her new nose, the 37-year-old said on Twitter that her 'only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner'.
Khloe joked to Hirsch that while she hadn't had a 'face transplant', that would be 'amazing later in life'.
"But now, I'm good," she said.

Kardashian has been dogged for years over claims she's had work done, especially following her massive 27 kilogram weight loss after the birth of her daughter True.
"Like, I want everyone to know. … I don't care to lie about [having surgery]," she said.
The 37-year-old host of Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian - a reality show focused on helping the Average Joe get fit - told Not Skinny But Not Fat that enough is enough.
"Either with … the old me versus what I look like now … or even just comparing me to my sisters all the time," she said.

"It's like, you guys, this is what we look like, so I feel like you should know by now, and enough," she said.
Kardashian spoke about her weight loss journey back in 2019 on Jay Shetty’s podcast On Purpose.
"For me, I was overweight - I was unhealthy - for a lot of my life. I started going to the gym during my divorce, like a significant and consistent amount for my mental health," she told Shetty.

"I needed a release and I needed to feel strong and I just needed to get rid of all these thoughts. And, I wanted to be alone and the only place to really be alone was to be on an elliptical with headphones in my ears just vibing out."
While she might have only gone under the knife once, the reality star has also admitted to having 'injections'.
She has specified though that she 'responded horribly to Botox' without actually specifying what injectables she has instead, according to People.
