English football Youtuber, Mark Goldbridge, made headlines yesterday following the announcement that he would be a team manager for the highly anticipated Sidemen charity match.
The charity match will take place this Saturday 24th September, where the Sidemen team will take on a team of YouTube Allstars. The Valley stadium has a capacity of 27,111 which the stars have already completely sold out.
Mark Goldbridge, renowned Man United supporter, wil manage the team with his wealth of knowledge and skill. The football fanatic has over a million subscribers and made his talkSPORT debut this year presenting a late night sports show.

Before his life of fame, Goldbridge, who’s real name is Brent Di Cesare, worked as a police officer. He created his online alias when starting his YouTube career to ensure that it was kept separate from his job in the police, where he used to investigate financial fraud.
He started the channel in 2014 creating videos on the Premier League and his score predictions for the matches. He then switched up his content to reactions after the match, and then again to ‘watchalong’ livestreams with his commentary.
