Brit Award fans have been stunned to discover where Calvin Harris is actually from after hearing him speak on stage.
He picked up the Best Dance Act award at tonight's Brit Awards and gave a speech thanking his wife and Ellie Goulding for their contributions to his success.
However, everyone was focusing on where he'd actually come from as they were hearing his actual speaking voice, seemingly for the first time.

By the way, he's not actually called Calvin Harris, as his actual name at birth was Adam Wiles.
Calvin is just his stage name, his friends and family all still call him Adam, so now you can join the ranks of the people who are astonished to discover he's Scottish and has another name.

Harris won the Brit award for Best Dance Act.
He kissed his wife Vick Hope as his name was announced and his collaborator Ellie Goulding stood up and cheered.
Accepting the prize, he said: “Ellie, I wouldn’t be on this stage this year if it wasn’t for you, what you brought to Miracle was unbelievable.

“I couldn’t have done it with anybody else in this room.”
He also offered his thanks to 'my beautiful wife' as he celebrated his win.
