DJ Deadmau5 has called out fellow producer 3lau in a brutal manner after he performed at Donald Trump's inauguration.
The 'Escape' and 'Ghosts 'n' Stuff' DJ was quick to criticise the American artist for playing a set at the new President's inauguration on 20 January, not holding back at all.
Taking to Instagram, 3lau posted about the show, and garnered a lot of nasty comments from people and other social media personalities.

3lau, real name Justin David Blau, is best known for songs such as 'Tokyo' and 'Better With You', and shared some snaps from Trump's special day.
"5 days ago the @potus team reached out cause they needed a DJ for inauguration afters.
"Playing Starlight Ball was not on my 2025 bingo card, but i mean wow, what an honor. I was so nervous, and only got to play for 30 min but holy ****. Achievement unlocked."

He also added that 2025 would be his 'biggest year yet', and thanked members of Trump's team for organising it all.
It's fair to say that the general public did not take this too well, as one user commented: "You can hit the three dots on his Spotify profile and select 'don't play this artist' so you never stream his music again."
Another added: "That must’ve been one fat paycheck to sell out for. Yikes."
A third said: "The fact that you played for free for billionaires and now you’re pretty much exiled from the EDM community. Congrats! I hope you enjoy your retirement."

And then Deadmau5, real name Joel Thomas Zimmerman, came in with the killer blow, leaving his own thoughts with a lengthy comment.
"Here's the best takeaway, not a single person in that entire dumbf*** administration has ever known who the fuck you were, cared about you, or even gives the remotest s*** about you, and you certainly won't be remembered by any of em," he brutally began.
Deadmau5 then added: "But everyone in this business will remember that you stood behind nazis and convicted felons who would further marginalise the very people who gave you a platform," he said, referencing Elon Musk's bizarre gesture at the inauguration.

He brutally concluded: "What very little respect I had for you is gone. So glad you got some drink tickets out of the deal, enjoy them, you nepo p***baby."
Over 870 people responded to the comment, as one said: "Mic drop," while another added: "Go off."
It's fair to say that he did indeed go off at the EDM producer.
