A star-studded cast is always going to put a new film in good stead, but viewers say they have been blown away by Netflix's latest release.
The reviews are already rolling in for the flick just hours after it was released on the streaming platform on Friday (8 December).
The star-studded psychological thriller has landed just in time for the Christmas season, although the plot line isn't that merry.

But it's the perfect un-festive film to stick on if you're sick to death of the usual suspects at this time of year, such as Elf, Bridget Jones or Home Alone.
Hollywood icons Julia Roberts, Mahershala Ali, Ethan Hawke, Myha’la Herrold and Kevin Bacon are among the enticing line-up, which has obviously had a hand in drawing viewers in.
But the entire premise of the movie - titled Leave the World Behind - is also an attractive factor for Netflix users, as it is brimming with class divisions and conspiracy theories while following a mission for survival in the midst of an apocalyptic disaster.
Its description on the streaming platform reads: "A family vacation on Long Island is interrupted by two strangers bearing news of a mysterious blackout.

"As the threat grows more imminent, both families must decide how best to survive the potential crisis, all while grappling with their own place in this collapsing world."
Expect so many twists and turns that you're in danger of suffering whiplash, as the spine-tingling plot has managed to wow audiences.
The incredible storyline and A-list cast was centred around Rumaan Alam's 2020 novel, which is also named Leave the World Behind.
