If you are weighing up whether or not to recruit a roommate to keep you company while reducing your rent costs, you might want to wait until the second season of this 'insane' Netflix true crime series drops first.

Seen as though it is centred around 'some of the worst cohabitation experiences one could ever imagine', it might make your home-sharing dilemma a whole lot easier to deal with.

But even if you are dead set on getting a roomie, you still ought to watch this 'insane' series as it might help you spot the signs that you are living with someone you shouldn't be.

For those who missed the first instalment of the chilling show in 2022, it delves into the shocking real-life stories of people who have shared a living space with con artists, killers and criminals with bad intentions.

In Worst Roommate Ever, viewers are introduced to a series of people who were caught up in cohabitation nightmares, while the series explores explosive cases which often turned deadly or had ramifications which will last a lifetime.

And tomorrow (26 June), four new episodes will land on Netflix and they are set to be brimming with terrifying tales that will likely leave you terrified at the prospect of living with a stranger.

A snippet of the new series of Worst Roommate Ever has been shared online to get fans excited, which introduced us to the first of the four unsettling stories.

Take a look at this:

A bloke called Darrell described how he noticed his bunky Scott started being 'strange and odd' as soon as he moved in with his two dogs.

The US man explained his roommate's campaign of torment began when Scott started routinely opening the door to his room while he was sleeping, moving his belongings around as well as other 'odd things that would just drive you nuts'.

Despite Darrell complaining to his landlord Anita on 'numerous occasions' about Scott's behaviour, his comments fell on deaf ears - and that's about all we could gather from the one minute and eight second clip.

But even still, it's pretty evident from the get-go that none of us would fancy moving in with Scott.

People are patiently waiting for the new season of Worst Roommate Ever to premiere tomorrow and have taken to social media to rehash the first series while sharing their excitement for the second one.

One said: "Season 2 of Worst Roommate Ever is coming to Netflix. Oh I am EXCITED."

Another wrote: "The first season made me so glad that I no longer need to house share."

A third added: "Did any of y'all watch that absolutely bonkers Netflix series Worst Roommate Ever? If not, you should check it out because season 2 is on the way."

A fourth commented: "Worst Roommate Ever on Netflix is insane. I love it!"

While a fifth chimed in: "Me - watching Worst Roommate Ever. Also me - note to self, never get a roommate."
