Netflix is so full of bangers, sometimes it’s hard to keep track. Just when you think you’ve finished one series, there’s suddenly 10 others waiting for you to binge.
And with this year already seeing popular shows from Fool Me Once to Baby Reindeer, there’s plenty of new things to watch. Although, that doesn’t stop viewers begging for the streamers to bring back older TV series.
Like these fans, who are calling for Netflix to bring back an ‘underrated’ dark comedy which they say will ‘ruin your life’. Well, sounds like a must then.
Originally premiering on Channel 4 back in 2017, the British black comedy-drama had just two seasons and was distributed internationally by Netflix.

The End of the F***ing World ran until 2019 and followed 17-year-old James who is ‘pretty sure he is a psychopath’ and Alyssa, also 17, the ‘cool and moody new girl and school’. Connecting, she persuades him ‘to embark on a road trip in search of her real father’.
Starring Alex Lawther and Jessica Barden, the series is based on Charles Forsman’s mini-comics which were collected into a book in 2013. Charlie Covell then wrote the TV series following a ‘lost’ short film in 2014.
And fans really miss it, as one wrote: “I wish Netflix would continue to invest in some of their lesser known shows like I am not okay with this and it’s the end of the f***ing world because they were great shows that are discontinued on cliff hangers.”

As another asked: “The end of the f***ing world was underrated. Why did Netflix cancel it?”
However, while fans might be looking to point the finger at the streaming site, Covell actually stated before the second series was released that she did not intend to produce a third.
Either way, it seems worth a watch as one user wrote: “The end of the f***ing world is kinda the best series I’ve ever watched tbh.”

While others also said: “You should watch end of the f***ing world, it's on Netflix and WILL RUIN UR LIFE /POS.”
Another put: “The end of the f***ing world on Netflix is so dark and so good.”
The show has an impressive 94 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes’ Tomatometer with a decent 92 percent average audience score to match.
You can watch both seasons of The End of the F***ing World on Netflix.
