When a new season of Stranger Things hits our screens, we all know that an even more dangerous villain is waiting in the wings.
In season four we were introduced to Vecna, who has taken over the mantle for being the new bad guy.

Vecna uses telekinesis to kill his victims and has the ability to alter reality and create visions – with a skillset like that you'd feel pretty helpless, right?
Well, your saviour might be a new Spotify feature, which shows you what song would save you from Vecna.
That means that should you ever find yourself hallucinating grandfather clocks or mysteriously levitating five feet in the air with your eyes rolling back in your head, you pals will know what tune to blare.

All you need to do is follow this link from Spotify.
Just make sure that you're logged in and a personalised 'Upside Down' playlist will then appear on your screen.
It will consist of some of your most played songs, as well as some of the classic Stranger Things tunes like 'Should I Stay Or Should I Go' by The Clash, and 'Master Of Puppets' by Metallica.

If you're not already logged in to Spotify on the device you're using, the link will bring you to a placeholder playlist, containing 50 guilty pleasure tunes that might just be enough to save you from Vecna's curse.
As fans look to be enjoying the new season, there has been one small criticism labelled at the show since it started.
Because it's been nearly three years since the last season aired, the cast are finding it challenging to remain looking young enough to be in high school.

In the first season, some of the stars were only 12; whereas now, their ages range from 17 to 20.
In an interview with Today, 19-year-old Gaten Matarazzo (who plays Dustin Henderson) said: "It's something we're always thinking about, but it's something we work with pretty well I think.
"The characters are at transitional periods in their lives... it's crazy to see what all of us looked like when we first started."
The final two episodes of Stranger Things season four will air on Netflix on Friday, 1 July.
