As a television show which watches other people watch TV Gogglebox ensures to cover a range of genres to glean the reactions of its participants, but we've never quite seen a scene like this before. Watch the stars' reactions to an x-rated scene involving a woman and a duck below:
On Gogglebox, we've watched the reactions to comedy, drama, horror and reality TV, but no matter what there's often at least one or two comments from the cast members that leave viewers laughing.

Now, the stars have had to sit through a scene in which a duck gets intimate - and yes, I mean intimate - with a human woman.
The bizarre storyline came courtesy of Apple TV+’s Roar, a feminist anthology series starring Nicole Kidman and based on a book of short stories by Cecelia Ahern.
One of the stories is titled 'The Woman Who Was Fed By A Duck', and we're not talking some type of comedic role-reversal where a duck throws bread at a woman.
Naturally, the cast members were left shocked, horrified and confused by the situation unfolding on their television screens, and they certainly weren't the only ones.

Viewers at home might have got a bit of reprieve from the bizarre nature of the scenes as it was interspersed with the cast reactions, but that didn't stop the X-rated moment between the woman and the duck from being any less disturbing.
Mary, of the iconic Giles and Mary, didn't hold back in explaining to Giles exactly how the situation might unfold as she told her partner the duck could 'use his beak as a penetrative tool', prompting a shocked Giles to exclaim 'no!'

Other viewers took to Twitter to share their horror, with one unable to comprehend the fact they had 'really just watched a duck f**k a woman with my mum sat in the same room' while another questioned: "WTAF have I just watched on Gogglebox, woman and a duck really??"
A third wrote: "Gogglebox has traumatised me with that duck scene. What the actual f."
Thankfully siblings Pete and Sophie managed to find some humour in the matter - albeit slightly before the situation really hit its, ahem, climax - with Pete emphasising Sophie's comment that the woman was undressing 'seDUCKtively'.

Even Roar star Merritt Wever, who plays the woman in this particular scene, has admitted to avoiding the scene involving her character and the duck, telling Radio Times she has 'not seen that part'.
"I was like, 'You don't have to carry that burden. You don't have to watch it," she said.
Wever said people have been asking what she thinks of the episode, but said she is more interested in 'what the people who watch it and experience what we made feel about it'.
She admitted to being 'nervous to hear how it is received', but I think Gogglebox answered that question: with horror.
