Mark Labbett’s new girlfriend, Hayley Palmer, has joked that she was won over by the TV quizzer after he flashed his Toby Carvery Gold card. To be fair, that’d work on me.
The Chase star, 57, met his new squeeze at the National Television Awards back in October, and the pair are said to have hit it off immediately.
Palmer has even flown out to the US while he films Master Minds for the Game Show Network in Los Angeles.

Opening up about their relationship to the Daily Mail, the loved-up duo said: “We are taking things really slowly.
“But this is the first time we've been able to do more than the odd date so it's been fantastic. We are getting on well and are happy.
“We've discovered we get on well together and have been able to walk hand-in-hand and feel relaxed in LA.”
While Palmer also spilled the beans on how the pair, who share the same agent, met - saying that after hitting it off at the awards do, she invited him onto her show Saturday Night with Hayley Palmer where she challenged him to an 80s quiz.

Palmer managed to impress The Beast by scoring a near-perfect four out of five, and then it was her turn to be impressed - after he whipped out his Toby Carvery Card which, to this day, Hayley says she’s 'trying to get her hands on’.
The 41-year-old even doubled down on her comments - sharing a screenshot of the Daily Mail interview, she wrote: "To confirm yes, Mark has a Toby Carvery Gold card, and I'm trying to get my hands on it!"
You’re only human, Hayley.

Labbett shares a child with his ex-partner Katie, who was also his second-cousin.
The pair went their separate ways in 2020, but continue to co-parent their six-year-old son, Lawrence, together.
Speaking last year about the split, Labbett said the 27-year age gap between them, Covid-19 lockdowns and an open marriage eventually took its toll.

He said: "I’m single now. We are separated but we get on really well, we co-parent.
"I promised to look after her and I promised to look after my kid."
Not long prior to their split, Labbett addressed the fact that they were second cousins during an appearance on Loose Women, saying: "It wasn't something we were aware of at the time - it was one of those things that happened.
"I had been a single man for a long while so I was getting used to the idea of being on my own. Especially as a bachelor, we can get pretty selfish, you get used to doing what you want to do all of the time."
