A lad who has spent 'over 158 days' working out one of his trap muscles is also attempting to do the same with his leg.
The 19-year-old, known as 'The Crooked Man' (@thecrookedman10) on socials, is going seriously viral for having one heck of a trap, or trapezius. It's the large muscle group in the upper back and neck.
Despite already looking pretty ripped, the content creator has made it his mission to go against the 'looksmaxxing' trend you may have seen on TikTok.

It’s about doing everything within your power to improve how you look, from fitness and fashion advice, to more extreme lengths like surgical procedures.
Looksmaxxing could be a helpful trend, if its goal wasn't purely based around the idea of becoming more 'sexually desirable'.
Well, the self-proclaimed 'Trap King' isn't having any of it, and he's opted to do the exact opposite - 'looksminimizing'.
In a previous video, he sort of complained about influencers who were promoting 'looksmaxxing', saying: "'Do this, do that. You'll look more attractive. You'll get more women.'

"And it's like, people have that problem? I have the opposite problem."
"I get so many DMS, I don't even have time to get through them all," he insisted.
"So I was like, 'If I have the opposite problem, then I need the opposite solution.' What's the opposite of looksmaxing? Looksminimizing."
Now, in a video posted earlier today (14 April), the influencer revealed that he was well into day 30 of working out one leg.

He filmed himself in a gym doing Bulgarian split squats, with one foot rested on the bench, and the other in front of him.
Although he appeared to be using two 30lbs dumbbells, the aim of the exercise is to target the quads and glutes.
Usually, you switch legs to get even development, however, that doesn't appear to be this lad's style.
Viewers were admittedly a little concerned for the young man, as one person commented: "Hey brother. I absolutely love the challenge you have given yourself and I’m sure in a few months you will be the largest lopsided bodybuilder ever.
"Are you not at all concerned with the potential risks involved with only working out one side of your body?

"Surely at some point you’d notice your body acting funky to compensate for the other side?"
"One trap was funny and all but like it can lead to chronic pain and a lot of other bad stuff, so be careful," another warned.
