The show was axed in 2018, but ITV has promised to give it a new lease of life, as well as some new presenters.
AJ Odudu and Will Best are set to share the iconic hosting role when the series arrives in October, offering viewers a narrative over the live launch, eviction nights and the finale.
Fans of the series might remember AJ from her previous hosting duties, when she co-hosted Big Brother's Bit On The Side alongside Rylan Clark in 2013.
The host has previously said she 'couldn't be happier' to be hosting the main show, adding: "Following in the footsteps of some of my favourite broadcasting legends to front such an iconic show is an absolute honour - and to do it alongside my amazing friend Will is the icing on the cake.”

Having grown up watching Big Brother, Will added that 'getting a chance to host it with [his] mate AJ is a dream come true'.
"I can't wait to tell some housemates not to swear," he joked.
As well as presenting the main show, the pair will also present Big Brother's companion show, which will air nightly and offer a greater insight to all the day’s action from the Big Brother house.

Despite airing on a new channel, the format of Big Brother will remain the same as it welcomes a group of cast members into the Big Brother house, where cameras will capture their every move for up to six weeks.
A TV insider with knowledge of the new series has claimed it will be bringing with it an iconic piece of the original series - the hot tub.
“The hot tub is almost as important a part of the house as the Diary Room. Fans will be delighted it’s being reinstated, particularly as some of the biggest controversies seemed to centre around it," the insider told The Sun.
They continued: "There was the fear the producers may have lost some much-loved elements in their big show reboot. But they clearly see the tub as a key part of the BB infrastructure and a potential source of mischief in the new series!”
