A teenager has claimed he is 'at peace' with knowing he 'died on the Titanic' after early signs showed he may be reincarnated.
College student Jamey, from the US, has for a long time believed that he lived a previous life - and not just an ordinary one.
His mum noticed at the age of five, he developed a deep obsession with the Titanic, and used to have gruelling nightmares of the ship sinking.

But the signs started to show even earlier than this.
From being very little, his mum noted that he was terrified of deep water, and recalled remembering things that he saw 'from heaven'.
Speaking to LMN for a TV show called The Ghost Inside My Child, Jamey's mum said: "He was always very happy and joyful, he enjoyed everything that he did, had a great attention span for learning things, he was an easy kid.

"Everybody in my family loves to swim, we all love the water so we had a swimming pool.
"Jamey would never go down past the stairs of the pool, and even if I would pick him up and take him out into the water, he would completely panic, practically choke you, begging you to take him back into the shallow part.
"He was terrified of the deep end of the pool."

But the eerie details didn't stop there.
The family recalled a moment from when Jamey was three or four, when he told his sister he could remember their mum riding a small blue bike down the same road when she was a child.
Referring to the interaction, his mum said: "I said 'how did you watch me?' (as I'd never mentioned it and didn't have any pictures) and he was kind of indignant about it and said 'well you know there's windows in Heaven mama'."
Not only does the boy believe he died on the Titanic, but he goes as far as to claim he knows exactly who he was, and what involvement he had.

Jamey is convinced he was the ill-fated ship's architect, Thomas Andrews, who designed several ships for the White Star Line and would go on all their voyages.
On the infamous night in 1912, Thomas chose not to get on a lifeboat and went down with the ship.
After watching the 1997 film Titanic with a babysitter, his mum was horrified to find his drawings of the ship, claiming he knew details that couldn't be known just by watching the film.

She said: "Within the first two weeks, he had probably painted 50 pictures.
"Jamey was completely distraught over the fact that the people in the boiler room died first, like it was his fault that they were trapped.
"He started talking about the accident itself and how it shouldn't have happened, that there were mistakes, there were corners cut and the men in the boiler rooms should not have been trapped.
"He would even cry about it."
After visiting a Titanic exhibition as a family, his mum recalled that he had the worst dream of all.
She explained: "I was home alone with Jamey, he was in bed asleep I was watching television then all of a sudden I heard a bang on his bedroom wall.
"I didn't know what to do, I was terrified and I didn't know if I should shake him out of it and before I could even do anything, he screamed, and I cannot tell you the terror in his voice.
"He screamed 'she's going down'. It didn't sound like a little boy, it sounded like a man and I just started to cry."
However, following this experience, Jamey made it clear that he was now at 'peace' with knowing what happened to him.
