Jeremy Clarkson has hinted at one of the possible storylines we will encounter in season four of Clarkson's Farm when it airs later this year.

The former Top Gear frontman has completely reinvented his career in the past half a decade after taking over direct control of running Diddly Squat Farm in the Cotswolds.

Owning the farm since 2008, he took over in 2019 - and being the TV man that he is, brought the camera crews along with him for the journey.

With three seasons of the critically-acclaimed documentary series under our belts so far, all eyes are now on what season four is set to bring us when it lands on Amazon Prime Video later this year.

Set to appear on the platform around May 2025, as confirmed by Jezza himself during interviews, it'll take viewers on another journey with the car journalist-turned-farmer alongside the likes of his partner Lisa Hogan, farm manager Kaleb Cooper, agronomist Charlie Ireland, and 'head of farm security' Gerald Cooper.

As to what season four will focus on, is it widely expected that a big chunk of it will focus on Clarkson's venture in to the pub industry.

Reportedly spending just short of £1 million on The Farmer's Dog, he took over the venue that lies around 20 minutes from his farm.

The venue has had its fair few moments of controversy, which has included banning some very famous faces.

It's also been the victim of theft, with 100 customers 'stealing' from the business in just one day.

And don't get social media folks started on the cost of a fillet steak at the pub, which has divided punters.

The process of buying the pub and then running it is set to be seen through Clarkson's eyes - which may well include the shocking true cost of running the venue.

As for what else might happen in the fourth season, Clarkson recently took to X (formerly Twitter) to give followers a fresh hint at other goings on in the world of Diddly Squat.

"Farmers. Contrary to reports, I did NOT buy a Deutz Fahr tractor at [agricultural machinery equipment show] LAMMA. I came away with a better idea." he posted on X.

Responding, one person asked Clarkson: "Isn’t it time you started testing and reviewing tractors as well as cars…. good idea?"

Replying coyly, the 64-year-old wrote: "See season four."

Could Clarkson take to the world of reviewing farm equipment as a way of keeping down costs, with vehicles gifted to him in return for content? It's a possibility.

And would be a genius move financially given how little profit there is in running a farm - as we found out in season three.
