TV shows come and go, but sometimes some of the best leave our screens earlier than we want, and that just sucks.
Well, what can you do? Besides rewatch the show over and over again and wonder what could have been.
But getting to binge-watch these TV shows, especially those that came out before the saviour that was streaming, can be even harder since many never hit the platforms in the first place.

A show that springs to mind that was cancelled too soon and has long been considered brilliant is Freaks and Geeks.
Doesn’t ring any bells? Well, if you have watched a comedy film between 2005 and 2015 you will definitely recognise the cast, since they went on to star in some of the most iconic comedies of this era.
The 1999-2000 show ended up having quite a short life on TV, only airing one season before being cancelled. But fans have long considered it one of the best coming-of-age comedy shows that ended too soon.

The cast included a young Linda Cardellini, James Franco, Jason Segel, Seth Rogen and Busy Philipps, just to name a few.
The creator behind the show, Paul Feig, recently spoke to LADBible about a possible revival. So, to the super fans out there, maybe all is not lost.
Feig was promoting his upcoming comedy film JACKPOT!, starring Awkwafina and John Cena, when he revealed his feelings about a reunion or reboot of Freaks and Geeks.

He said: “This September I believe is the 25th anniversary of the show.
“I mean, people always want to do a sequel, reunion or something and I'm not a fan of those kind of things.
“I’ve rarely seen them be like ‘oh I’m so glad they did that’ [more often] its ‘oh I kind of wish they didn’t do that.’”
It might not sound like the most encouraging news when it comes to a reboot, but the director did admit there is some hope.

He continued: “If I had a story, if some great idea came into my head, yeah, fine. Because also, the [actors] are still young, it is always sad when you do a reunion and they are all old.
“But they are all in their prime, so you never know.”
So, it sounds to me like there is a chance and I’m going to continue my life hoping, thank you very much.
