After a documentary dropped earlier this year about a child accused of being a 22-year-old-woman, a follow-up series is set to let us hear from the accused party.
It was just over a decade ago that Kristine and Michael Barnett adopted a little girl, Natalia Grace, who was said to be six-years-old at the time.
They were informed that Natalia Grace had a rare bone growth disorder, however, they claimed that she was an adult and had a judge legally change her age to 22 in 2012.

The parents also claimed a host of bizarre and dangerous behaviour from Natalia - which had led them to abandon her and move away.
After attempting to find out her real age, Natalia will be revealing all in a new series titled: The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Natalia Speaks.

This documentary might blow the case wide open as viewers will see her visit an age specialist from TruDiagnostics, Dr Halland Chen, which will reveal ‘indisputable proof’ of Grace’s real age, which has taken years to finally confirm.

Natalia says in the doc: “I've known the truth for as long as I can remember, that I was a kid.”
“I just want people to really see the truth about my age.”
Dr Hallan Chen shares with her: “Based off of all the studies and everything being analysed, you’re more closer to 22.
“Which is pretty close to what you think, [that] you’re almost 20 – that's within 2 years.”

But if you want to see the whole story, when will the doc be released to watch in the UK?
It was recently announced that viewers in the US will be able to see the doc air on Discovery Plus on January 1 2024, which is a great way to plan your New Year plans.
However, Brits will have to wait a little bit longer to be able to watch.

That’s right, those living in the UK can expect to tune in to see the docu-series on January 2 2024, on Discovery Plus.
But you’ll also need some pennies to do so as the streaming service costs around £3.99 per month (or you can binge it during a seven-day free trial).
If you’ve got an Amazon Prime Video account, you can add it there too.
However, Amazon Prime recently announced their ad-free service comes at an additional subscription cost, so if you don’t want to be interrupted whilst watching, add that to your to-do list.

According to Natalia, her age confirmation could blow open ‘every single lie that the Barnetts have said right into the trash’ and finally clear her name.
She says: “This is so big. This has literally been 13 years of just two people lying their butts off, they painted me as some big monster, when they were the ones.”
The Curious Case of Natalia Grace: Natalia Speaks premieres on Discovery Plus January 2 in the UK.
