I'm A Celeb have been forced to issue an apology after a huge online blunder involving an 'unacceptable' comment about a campmate.
The ITV show had to do some damage control on social media after its official Instagram account liked negative comments regarding one of the jungle stars.
A statement was released on X (Twitter) by I'm A Celeb urging fans to 'be kind' while airing their opinions of the programme on the internet.

It read: "Yesterday we accidentally liked a comment on Instagram while scrolling down through viewer comments.
"The post in question contained unacceptable language about one of our campmates and we apologise for the mistake made and any offence caused.
"We seek to champion all our campmates and would always urge our audience to be kind when commenting on social media."
Although some people had already spotted the social media slip-up, others were left wondering which celeb the comments referred to.

It was hastily removed, but it then emerged that it was Nella Rose who had been trolled underneath the post, which was celebrating Sam Thompson's candidness about his ADHD.
The YouTuber, 26, has been at the centre of a social media storm throughout her time on the hit show in Australia.
Her spat with Fred Sirieix, which has continuously hit the headlines, left Brits divided over who was in the right.

People even spotted that personalised card company Moonpig had released a birthday design which 'mocked' Nella.
It has a drawing that appears to be of her, while supposedly referring to the row with her co-star by featuring the line: "I’m really offended that it’s your birthday."
Now, an I'm A Celeb moderator is said to have liked a 'mean' comment about her made by an Instagram user.
According to The Sun, it read: "You know why, because Josie is a genuine person, Nelly jelly belly is just after publicity whatever."

Online users have claimed that there were other hate comments seemingly given the stamp of approval by the show.
Another reportedly read: "I'm not a Nella fan but I have to agree with you, if that had been Nella there would be a riot on here... but not with Josie."
Social media users again offered their opinions after I'm A Celeb released the statement to apologise.

One said: "Did the admin forget they weren't on their personal page?"
Another said: "I'm glad you clarified the mistake. The hate towards Nella has been WAY too much."
A third added: "That old chestnut."
And a fourth wrote: "Knew you wouldn’t of liked that comment intentionally, but we as viewers of course have our own opinions but we just need to air them in a respectful manner especially on social media platforms to just be respectful."
