Anyone who’s been following I’m A Celeb for years will know all about the rice and beans meal that most campmates are forced to eat during their time in the jungle.
But Ant and Dec confirmed just how little food each person gets every day while on I'm A Celebrity and it’s sad to look at.
However, it’s not exactly shocking that they’re facing very little sustenance whilst in the Aussie location.

Looking back at all of the celebrities who have been and gone, there’s clear signs that the beans and rice diet can utterly transform someone’s body.
Let’s take a look.
Fred Sirieix
52-year-old First Dates host, Fred Sirieix, appeared on the ITV show in 2023 and shared that he left the camp extremely ‘fit’, explaining: "I was 76.6 kilos when I went in, I was the fittest I have ever been, physically and psychologically - I have trained and prepared for this. The focus has balanced me out in a way I have never been before in my life.

"In the jungle, because you are on rice and beans, first I lost a lot of fat but I lost a bit of muscle as well. But the muscle quality has gone up because I was very physically active. I lost 5 kilos (11lbs) I am so fit."
Georgia Toffolo
Toffolo, aka, Toff is a Made in Chelsea star, who noticed something almost disappeared off her figure after a stint in the jungle back in 2017.

But the comments she received afterwards were not kind.
Atack opened up: "Some bloke just said to me in a restaurant whilst I was eating my dinner, 'No, stop. Starvation suits you.'
"What in the...!? I would throw my burg[er] at you but that would be a massive waste love."
Chris Moyles
Chris Moyles admitted that he lost a stone and half on the show and explained what happened on IAC in 2022: "I got weighed right at the beginning of isolation and they weigh you literally the first thing you do when you come out, you go see the medical officer and they weigh you and check that you're alright and not lost the plot and what not. So yeah, I lost weight."

"I've learned to be kinder to myself and I think it's the first time I can genuinely say I feel really confident."
Michael Buerk
Michael Buerk was in the series in 2014.
His wife, Christine, was worried that he had lost 17 lbs during his stint on the show and said at the time: "I was quite horrified to realise that they only get 500 calories a day in the jungle. It’s not that he dislikes rice and beans, but the rations are quite low."
Stanley Johnson
The former MP Boris Johnson's dad, Stanley, appeared on the show in 2017 and lost a stone-and-a-half thanks to the rice and beans diet.
"I haven’t been that weight since 1954 and I want to keep it that way. Mind you, it’s a complicated way of losing weight," the 84-year-old confessed.
Nick Knowles
Nick Knowles lost 14 kilos on I'm A Celeb in 2018.
The 62-year-old TV presenter said at the time: "You have to go all the way down to the bottom of a very steep hill to get wood for the fire, which you have to do about ten times a day. You also have to bring the water up the hill, 30 kilos worth when it's full, then you're going off doing trials with such little food.
"To give you an idea, I was in there something like 19 days. And I've lost 14 kilos."
