The man at the heart of the internet's latest obsession have his response to the thing some people have dubbed the 'greatest TV scene in history'.
If you haven't seen a man watch his girlfriend in bed with another guy and sprint across a beach to get to her, then you're missing out.

José Carlos Montoya and his girlfriend Anita Williams appeared on the show, and seemingly chose to go on there to see if their relationship was strong enough to have a baby together.
Anita had been made to watch a challenge where Montoya had been given a lap dance and strip tease, and he was later made to watch her getting close to a bloke called Manuel which made him sink to his knees on the beach.

Montoya was then shown footage of Anita and Manuel getting even closer in a bedroom, prompting him to sprint across the beach to the villa she was in while the show's host tried to catch up to him.

The dramatic moment got Anita's attention, who left the bedroom where she and Manuel had been... you know, and rushed in tears back to Montoya as she hugged him.
This is all very compelling drama, and Montoya later appeared on TV to discuss what had been happening on the show, where he was asked about 'keeping the debate up to what has happened', and questioned on 'how did you see yourself'.
He said: "Well... The truth is, as I say, right? It’s like reliving everything... It creates the agonies of death in the end.
"I see what I felt at that moment because it’s like... Because I went onto the island to gain that security (of my relationship). And seeing your partner break you like that and with that... I don’t know, how to call it?

"Whether it’s revenge or just the urge to... She killed me!"
While Montoya and Anita may have said they had other reasons for going on the show, it's hard not to expect that becoming this level of internet famous will change things.
Montoya has now been propelled to internet stardom for his incredibly dramatic behaviour as it feels like the entire world is shouting 'Montoya, Por Favor!' in recognition of his beach running.

Next thing you know he'll have a podcast, merch range and some kind of cryptocurrency based off the moment.
The next episode of La Isla de las Tentaciones is on tonight (7 February) and you can bet there'll be a whole load of people hoping to tune in so they can find out what happens next.
