Channel 4’s dating show with a twist has raised more than a few eyebrows over the years, which has left us all wondering, what is it actually like to go on national TV naked in search of love?
Thankfully, for those of us who aren’t as brave, a man who went on Naked Attraction has stepped forward to spill all the behind the scenes details about his time on the show.
Connor took got his kit off on the show just like everyone else who takes part, and he’s taken to TikTok to open up about his experience.

After a woman posted a call out on TikTok looking for someone to share their story from being on the show, Connor (@conzo03), who is originally from California, responded and teased: “Alright, I’ll tell you the inside gossip.”
He went on to confess the reason he went on the show was because he was newly single and thought the unusual opportunity would be fun.
“I get on the phone with them and I put on the charm and then at the end, they say, ‘Have you ever heard of the show Naked Attraction?’”

Connor had indeed and soon realised that the production company wanted him on the show.
“A part of me believes in fate, you know?” he added.. “I thought this was the way the universe was pushing me in a direction that could do something or something that I was meant to be doing.”
He confessed that he did believed he’d find love on the show, which is actually pretty rare when everyone who goes on dating shows seems to be looking for brand deals these days.
“I thought this was the universe bringing me my person in a weird and extravagant way as it sometimes does. But Naked Attraction doesn’t actually care about actually matching you with people that may lead to long lasting relationships because the people who were there were from all over England and I live in Scotland and during the pandemic… what do they expect to happen?”

He said the person he picked was ‘super lovely and super kind’, but it didn’t work out in the end because they live four hours away from him. They’ve managed to keep in touch and he has nothing but good things to say about her, as she took part on the show to advocate body positivity.
They’re very much friends.
Conor has since dated people who have seen him on the show, while some apparently reached out to him specifically because he was on the show. Ooer.

“The moral of the story is that it’s fun to live a fun life and it’s fun to do things that are a little outside of the box,” he shared.
Some people have gotten in touch with him to praise him because he ‘didn’t insult anyone’s body in the process’.
He added: “I dated someone who saw me on the show and didn’t realise it until we were actually dating…
“Yeah, so it’s not a big deal. Someone sees you naked and they’ll forget about it two seconds later. You’re fine.”

Ultimately it sounds like he had a very good experience, even if the show does look like the most awkward situation ever.
“It’s just a body,” he declared. “As weird looking as they all are, that’s exactly what it is.
“We all have one. We’ve all seen one. There’s no novelty in it.”
