In 1998, Lee was sentenced to six months imprisonment after assaulting his wife shortly after the birth of their newborn son, Jagger.
Lee was arrested "for spousal abuse, child abuse, and unlawful possession of a firearm," while he denied the accusations, according to Entertainment Weekly.
Anderson then filed for divorce from Lee.

She also added: "I had beautiful children with him. My kids are grateful to be born out of true love. Everything else I was trying to piece together."
