A woman with an '100/100 vagina' is set to undergo three months of rigorous tests, with the hopes it could benefit more than 190 million women worldwide.
Kate Tolo is the girlfriend of infamous biohacker Bryan Johnson, who a few weeks ago said she 'could not be more proud' of her boyfriend after he shared 'intimate details about my vagina to the internet', though admitted to some, this behaviour 'might seem unhinged'.
Tolo is apparently lucky enough for her genitals to be in the world's top one percent after Johnson carried out a super sexy ‘vaginal microbiome report’.
He added: “Her sample is dominated by the single most protective bacterial species a vagina can host (Lactobacillus crispatus).
Advert
“Only about 25-30% of reproductive age women globally are L. crispatus-dominant, and ‘dominant’ usually means above 50%. Kate is at 98.7%.”
We're all familiar with Bryan Johnson's bizarre experiments in his endeavour of immortality, whether it be taking the 'world's most powerful' hallucinogenic or measuring the quality of his nighttime erections.
And now his girlfriend and fellow co-founder of Blueprint, Kate Tolo, looks set to follow in his footsteps, in a refreshing change which might well help provide an insight into women's bodies and health.

While her vagina might be top quality according to Johnson, Tolo suffers from 'suspected endometriosis', and the experiments are aiming to 'tackle' that health concern, despite there currently being no known cure.
Endometriosis is said to affect 10 percent of reproductive-age women worldwide, so any advances in how to treat or manage the condition could benefit around 190 million women globally.
Taking to X, Johnson praised his partner for her sacrifice as she prepares to undergo a long list of expensive experiments to assess what is best for the female body.
Calling Tolo the 'female Bryan Johnson', he wrote: "She will become the most measured female in history."
Johnson continued: "To start, she will spend 3 months mapping her baseline. Men, in contrast, can get their baseline done in one or two weeks."

Tolo will undergo three months of baseline measurements, during which she will do the same thing every day while having access to a 'dedicated full-time medical team', while her menstrual cycle will also be closely monitored.
Johnson added: "For context on the extensiveness of measurement, during the past 5 years, we’ve collected 1.5 billion data points on my body. I suspect Kate will exceed that given technology has improved since I started.
"The goal is to create a repeatable waveform of hundreds of life-critical biomarkers. Once the baseline is acquired, she will begin interventions."

It's perhaps easy to mock Johnson's attempts to 'live forever', since they say that there are only two things that are certain in life, but these latest experiments could answer some important questions about women's health.
These include attempting to alleviate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and potentially slowing down menopausal symptoms.

Johnson added: "In many ways, this is a sacrifice for her. She is a creative person, going from a life of freedom and spontaneity to a rigid protocol.
"It’s pretty cool to be living in a time when we may be the first generation to not die. I’m not suggesting immortality, but lifespans so long that we stop thinking about lifespans.
"At the end of the day, the one thing we each care about more than anything else is one more breath. I’m proud of Kate for taking on this responsibility. It’s painful, exhausting and costly."
Bryan Johnson’s wildest experiments in his quest to ‘live forever’
De-ageing his penis

While the thought of it may make you wince, Johnson has been putting his manhood through the wringer in the hopes of bringing back his '22-year-old penis'. From semen analysis and blood flow testing to Botox injections and shock wave therapy, he seems to have done it all.
The biohacker claimed to have been able to lower his 'erection age' by over half thanks to this long-winded ritual.
As well as keeping track of his own 'erection data', Johnson has also been controversially comparing the stats to his 19-year-old son's.
Injecting himself with his son’s blood

The biohacker went viral in 2023 after sharing that he'd come together with his then-17-year-old son and his 70-year-old father to take part in what he described as 'the world’s first multigenerational plasma exchange'.
The process saw Johnson have a litre of his blood removed and separated the plasma. He then had the same amount of his son's plasma infused into his veins.
However, after seeing 'no benefits', Johnson announced he was 'no longer injecting my son's blood'.
Instead, he said he 'upgraded' to 'total plasma exchange'.
Psychedelics

Last year, the biohacker documented his trip after taking 5g of magic mushrooms. Afterwards, he admitted he was 'happy to be alive', and the experience had 'changed' him, but 'probably not as you’d expect'.
Johnson also shared the effects of taking 27mg of the 'world’s most powerful' hallucinogenic, 5-MeO-DMT, which left him 'stunned beyond comprehension'.
An extensive morning routine

Johnson recently shared an update on what he does each morning, noting that it takes four hours and 46 minutes.
"My morning routine is always evolving as we update protocols. This is what I'm experimenting with right now," he writes on his website.
1. Wake up around 5 am
2. Oral hygiene
3. Light in eyes
4. Breath work
5. Pre-workout nutrition
6. Exercise
7. Sauna
8. Red/NIR light therapy
9. Focused shockwave therapy on joints
10. Shower
11. Hair growth serum
12. Skincare
13. Breakfast
