While we all know the best Irish bars are found in Dublin, many across the world try to replicate something similar.
If you ever need a break from the thrills Universal Orlando Resort provides, then you can always pop by Finnegan's Bar & Grill.
Located on the New York streets of Universal Studios, Finnegan's is America's take on a cosy Irish boozer.

And my word, did they do a good job.
After visiting Dublin myself in the past year, I learnt firsthand what makes an Irish pub, well, Irish.
It's the warm feel as you approach the bar, the top-notch Guinness, and the traditional Irish dishes.

And I can safely say Universal has done a stellar job in replicating all of the above.
Before you even walk into Finnegan's in Orlando, you immediately know it's an Irish pub, as the Irish green and shamrock make it very obvious.
Upon entering the pub myself during a recent visit to Universal Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights, I was greeted with the famous Irish decor and that oldie feel we have all come to love.
Guinness plaques and posters are plastered everywhere, while the Irish flag sits proudly above the loos.

But the main reason anyone ever goes to a boozer is, of course, for the drink.
So, how is the Guinness?
Well, first of all, I was left gobsmacked by the price of a pint, which came in at a whopping $12.25 (£9.30).

Add on tax and a tip, and you're looking at around the $15 (£11.40) mark.
I know we're in a theme park and prices are inflated, but that seemed a bit steep.
Nonetheless, once I had a sip of the sweet nectar, my prices concerns immediately vanished as I realised it was a pretty good pint of the famed Irish tipple.

As for food, Finnegan's offers a huge selection of Irish goodies, including Irish Fish & Chips and the Potato & Onion Webb.
Meanwhile, there are a bunch of soups to choose from if you're in the cosy Irish winter mood.
However, with that Florida heat and humidity, I highly doubt that'll be the case.
While I did not get to witness it first hand, a singer was setting up as I finished my exquisite pint of Guinness.
Just as you'd expect across the Atlantic in Dublin, Finnegan's entertains visitors with traditional Irish music throughout the day.
But if you're not in the mood for music, then the Irish boozer also has a bunch of screens playing live sport.
Finnegan's Bar & Grill is a must visit for Universal Orlando visitors looking for a taste of Ireland while in the States.
