There's a beach and bar on these very shores that is said to rival European island destinations such as Ibiza, according to some.
Staycations across the UK were huge during the COVID years, when travel to our preferred destinations was banned or made more difficult, but they seem to have been forgotten now that we can move freely across the world again.
One particular location was so popular, in fact, that it has been dubbed the country's little-known answer to The White Island, without the hassle of a flight or remembering if you packed your passport or not.

A couple of years ago, a viral video surfaced on TikTok, showcasing a beach bar that looked like it was on a European holiday island thanks to the sunshine, beautiful sunset, and immaculate vibes.
The content creator behind it, Hannah Rebecca, teased the location with a short video, with several users begging her to reveal where she was.
One user called the video 'dreamy', while someone demanded that she 'drop the name of the place NOWWWW'.

Finally, in a follow up video, Hannah revealed her picturesque location to be in none other than the UK's very own Cornwall, with her favourite hotspot being the Lusty Glaze beach resort and specifically, the Lusty Glaze Beach Restaurant in Newquay.
As soon as Hannah revealed the hidden gem, the comments rushed in as eager TikTok users wanted to plan their next Cornwall visit, with one user commenting: "This is where I want to get married."
"This place is heaven," added another as someone else added: "I've been here, it's really beautiful. A couple were getting married on the beach when we went, pre-covid!"
The coastal Cornish location has been a favourite with holidaymakers for years, with Tripadvisor reviews putting the restaurant as the 24th top venue in Newquay.

The website description highlights the spot as "recently crowned Britain’s Best Beach by The Sunday Times, this oasis on the North Cornish Coast is nestled just a short walk from Newquay’s centre and is a unique setting for lazy lunches, cosy coffees, and seaside suppers."
The spot in Newquay is just one of many along the coast of the UK that has been awarded praise for its beauty and stunning scenery.
Pedn Vounder lies on the south coast of the Penwith peninsula, not far from the neighbouring Porthcurno beach and The Minack, an open-air theatre built into the cliffs.

It used to be considered a hidden gem but after being named the 8th most beautiful beach by Big Seven Travel, it's become more popular.
The Southern stunner has also been featured in BBC's Poldark, which only adds to its popularity as tourists seek out spots from the hit series.
So that's Cornwall next on our staycation list, then.
