With the clocks changing and the days getting darker, one detox expert has opened up on a game-changer drink you can put together to help you get a better night's sleep.
And the best bit? It's cheap as chips to make and could improve your health.
The clocks went back last weekend, meaning we all got that more than welcome extra hour in bed. But it means we're having to deal with an immediate change to our daily routine, with the morning's brighter and the evenings a lot darker, a lot quicker.

For some it is an easy thing to get used to. For others, it can make a difficult night's sleep all that much worse.
But fear not. Sabrina Bawa, author of Detox to Glow, recently took to TikTok to share a recipe that she says is the perfect bedtime drink; one that she has herself to get to sleep easier and reduce the amount of times she wakes up in the night.
Bawa, who boasts more than 250,000 followers on the social media platform, says the drink will 'warm and ground your nervous system back to sleep'.

"Drink this to sleep well tonight. Today’s Daily Detox practice is a to make a simple warm, cinnamon milk for better sleep at night," Bawa says.
"You can have this one hour and 30 minutes before going to sleep to fully calm the mind and body and unwind.
"This is for informational purposes only, always check with your doctor before trying new herbal supplements, spices, or practices."
How to make the bedtime drink
Take one cup of oat milk or cow's milk and add a quarter of a teaspoon of cinnamon powder and half a teaspoon of ghee.

Bring the three ingredients to the boil before simmering for a few minutes. After this, pour it in to a mug and let it cool for up to five minutes before adding half a teaspoon of honey.
Bawa says: "I've been making spiced warm milk at night ever since I can remember.
"But this variation is the one that works the best for me. So if you can't fall asleep at night or if you wake up in the middle of the night, and you can't fall back asleep, you have to try this one.
"It'll warm and ground your nervous system back to sleep."
Cinnamon has been proved to regulate your blood sugar levels, meaning it can lead to a more restful sleeping experience on a daily basis if you start adding it in to your diet. The spice is also linked to relaxing your muscles, which might be just the ticket if you're heading to bed.

Ghee - a form of butter that originated in India and can nowadays be bought in high street supermarkets - can support your heart and reduce cholesterol levels if enjoyed as part of a balanced diet.
