A private detective who is attempting to find out what happened to missing X Factor star Levi Davis believes that information he has uncovered could lead to a break in the case and even an arrest.
Gavin Burrows claims to have created a dossier containing information about Davis’ disappearance that he will send to the Spanish police investigating the case.
He says he will name names in the report as well, suggesting that Davis was being threatened and blackmailed by criminals over a debt to a Somalian organised crime group.

It goes without saying that these are only his words, as there is currently no evidence to back them up, given that no-one has yet seen the dossier he has created.
Davis did state in a video that he was being blackmailed by criminals in a terrifying video he shared before then later deleting it.
That deleted video then later re-emerged three months after his disappearance in Barcelona.

Mr Burrows’ private investigation firm Line of Inquiry has offered up a £10,000 reward for any information that leads to Levi being found.
He said: “I believe Spanish police will have enough to make an arrest when they see what our own investigation has thrown up.
“At the very least it should give them enough to haul someone in for questioning.
“I’m not at liberty at the moment to go public with any names but there is one person in particular that I have grave suspicions about and believe can shed light on what has happened to Levi.

“That person is someone who while pretending to help has in my view been nothing but an obstacle in trying to prevent our investigations from moving forward.”
Davis was last seen in Barcelona on 29 October, he was in an Irish pub after taking a ferry across to the Catalan city from Ibiza.
Burrows claims to have managed to retrieve a 15-minute deleted social media video, which was taken four days before Levi's disappearance, before releasing it with consent from Davis’ family and friends in the hope that more information might be unearthed.

In this video, the former Bath rugby union player states: “Hello my name is Levi Davis and my life is in danger.”
He then goes on to claim that he was filmed performing a number of sexual acts after being drugged, before blackmailers then used that footage to manipulate him.
The video continues: “I was told by them in ways which are not direct but are absolutely true that they were going to attempt - if I said anything out - they were going to attempt to kill me, threaten my family.
“And they also were trying to frame me.”

Whilst some have suggested that Davis may be dead, Burrows also believes that he could still be alive.
He said: “Our relationship with the Catalan police has not been as close as we’d have liked it to have been but we’re hopeful that’s going to change now because we can deal with them much more directly and not go through people Levi’s mum has confirmed to us have no mandate to speak on anyone’s behalf.
“It makes it far more likely we can assist in getting a quicker resolution to this very worrying case.”
Davis was on a European holiday at the time of his disappearance having suffered a knee injury.
He was last seen on CCTV leaving the Old Irish Pub in Barcelona at around 10.00pm on 29 October, just hours after arriving on the boat in Barcelona with only 40 Euros to his name and no change of clothes.
His passport was later found in the vicinity of the port.
The rugby player and reality TV star played for Bath between 2017 and 2020, before appearing on a celebrity version of The X Factor in 2019.
He came out as bisexual in 2020, the first male rugby player to do so whilst still actively playing.
