A man has showed off his dramatic weight loss after embarking on a journey to make himself healthier.
Cole Prochaska, from South Carolina, lost more than a staggering 152kgs (336 pounds), during this mission of self-improvement and it's left him with a bit of excess skin.
Prochaska, who has documented his weight journey on social media, recently shared a picture of himself shirtless on Twitter.

"It's very hard to share a shirtless picture but I've come so far. Over 336lbs down! Most didn't believe in me but I believed in myself. Thanks for the inspiration bros," he wrote in the caption.
Many Twitter users congratulated the man on the huge milestone, as one person wrote: "What a warrior. Respect."
Another said: "This is what victory looks like. Cole is in the elite- the 1 per cent of the 1 per cent- of people who have changed their physical appearance. I bet his bloodwork is equally impressive. Great Work."

While a third marvelled: "No matter the anxiety you feel sharing this pic, know that it tells an amazing story of determination, perseverance and accomplishment!"
The man admitted wanting to change his lifestyle around two years ago, as he didn't want to get diabetes and 'die young'.
So, he started vigorously hitting the gym, eating 'right' and walking at least 10,000 steps a day.
Prochaska said that body sculpting surgery is the next step in his physical transformation.

Body sculpting surgery is the procedure to remove saggy skin and extra fat and improves the shape and tone of the underlying tissue.
It's often performed in stages and may take months or even years to complete.
According to the 2020 Plastic Surgery Statistics Report, these procedures cost anywhere from $4,000 to $15,000.
And this surgery is only getting more popular.

Data released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) shows nearly a quarter million more cosmetic procedures performed in 2018 than the previous year.
According to the ASPS annual plastic surgery statistics report, more than 17.7 million surgical and minimally-invasive cosmetic procedures were performed in the US in 2018, which included a surge in body sculpting operations.
Prochaska said if his insurance does not cover the surgery, he'll launch a GoFundMe.
"Yes surgery is next up. I'm hoping I can get my insurance to pay for it. If not GoFundMe might be my next option. Thank you for the kind words," he told his followers.
