Mark Zuckerberg has suffered a brutal injury during sparring training.
The Meta CEO has been getting stuck into MMA in his spare time and has been building up his skills to take on an opponent.
He was gearing up for an official fight, however he's now had to push back the dates.

Zuckerberg wrote: "Tore my ACL sparring and just got out of surgery to replace it. Grateful for the doctors and team taking care of me.
"I was training for a competitive MMA fight early next year, but now that's delayed a bit.
"Still looking forward to it after I recover.
"Thanks to everyone for the love and support."

It's unclear who Zuckerberg was meant to fight next year, however there has been a lot of talk about him and Elon Musk stepping into the octagon.
Back in June, Musk tweeted that he 'would be up for a cage fight' if the Meta boss was and Zuckerberg responded 'send me the location'.
Zuckerberg also broke his decade-long Twitter silence by tweeting a Spider-Man meme to announce the launch of Threads around the same time.
Threads was Meta's rival to Twitter and had a humungous launch.

More than 30 million people joined the social media app within the first 24 hours, however its audience has dropped off significantly since.
The same day, Musk threaten to sue Meta over what he claims is a 'copy-cat app'.
"Twitter has serious concerns that Meta Platforms has engaged in systematic, willful, and unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets and other intellectual property," Twitter lawyer Alex Spiro wrote in a 'cease-and-desist' letter.

"Twitter intends to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights, and demands that Meta take immediate steps to stop using any Twitter trade secrets or other highly confidential information."
Musk then tweeted about his new rival, saying: "Threads is just Instagram minus pics, which makes no sense, given that thirst pics are the main reason people use that app.
"How many times have you read comments on Insta pics & wished there were more? Personally, never."
Zuckerberg and Musk have gone back and forth about their supposed fight but the Tesla CEO said he might need surgery on his back before they go toe-to-toe.

Nothing has been set in stone just yet so we'll have to watch this space.
