Mark Zuckerberg officially has fists of steel.
The Meta CEO celebrated competing in his first ever Jiu Jitsu tournament and has returned home with both a gold and a silver medal for his efforts.
The Facebook boss took to - you guessed it - social media to share news of his success.
"Competed in my first jiu jitsu tournament and won some medals for the Guerrilla Jiu Jitsu team," Zuckerberg wrote on his personal Facebook account.

He then gave a shoutout to his trainers and coaches for their hard work in getting him fighting fit.
"Thanks to Dave Camarillo, Khai Wu, and James Terry for training me," he said.
According to BeachGrit, his trainer Khai Wu said Zuckerberg is what they call the 'silent killer'.
"You’d never expect these guys to be able to take you down," he said.

"Next thing you know, they’re attacking you with these extremely technical moves.
"You don’t know this nerd is a silent killer."
But it turns out the Facebook billionaire has been trying his luck at hand-to-hand combat for some time.

Back in August, Zuckerberg sat down with Joe Rogan to chat about his favourite sport.
During his appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience, the Silicon Valley tech head revealed what it was like trying the Brazilian version of the combat sport for the first time.
"My mom made me do three varsity sports and my life took a wrong turn when I chose to do fencing competitively instead of wrestling in high school or something," Zuckerberg told Rogan.
"There’s something so primal about it, I don’t know."

The Facebook CEO then went on to reveal he has introduced a gaggle of pals to the sport and they now wrestle, train, and fight together to keep fit and healthy.
He went on to reveal that he had a great admiration for UFC and MMA.
Zuckerberg told Rogan that America's Covid-19 lockdown saw him try his hand at some new sports, both watching and partaking.

"I really like watching UFC, for example, but I also like doing the sport. It’s because I have a connection to it," he said.
"Since COVID, I got super into surfing and foiling, and then really into MMA.
"I know a lot of people who do it.
"There’s actually this really interesting connection between people who surf and do jiu-jitsu."
"The crazy thing is, [jiu-jitsu] really is the best sport."
