People are reminiscing over classic Maccies dishes and want them back on the menu. Anyone remember the McDLT?
Although fast food haters won't want to hear this, nothing quite fits the bill for a quick and tasty scran like a McDonald's does.

Over the years there have been some absolute crackers on the menu and people have recently been feeling rather nostalgic about them.
As shown in the clip above, many were asking for a McDLT, also known as a McDeluxe, which was a cheeseburger served in a foam container.
For some reason, the idea of the container was to split the hot meat with the cold veg and sauce.
While the idea of a deconstructed burger might appeal to some, the item was discontinued in 1998 due to its packaging, which was bad for the environment.

Keeping on the nostalgia theme, Guillaume Huin, the head of social media at McDonald's US put a very thought provoking question to his followers.
"You're in charge of McDonald's menu for a day, what do you bring back?" he wrote.
As you'd expect, the replies came flooding in by the McFans.
"Crispy chicken snap wrap!" one person said, while someone else added: "I’d bring India’s McAloo Tikki burger to America."

Many were calling for the 'McPizza', which was actually a thing.
It turns out that the McPizza was launched in the mid 1980s, but was mostly discontinued in 2000.
Notably, there is still one location in Orlando, Florida that still serves the McPizza.

To take things one step further, there is apparently a veggie Pizza McPuff available in India, which sounds scary and incredible at the same time.
Not only that, some people were calling for the McSpaghetti, which is only available in Orlando, Florida, and the Philippines.
One person commented: "I prefer the McPizza, but the McSpaghetti is pretty delicious.
"I could eat it several times a month and be content.

"I've only had the one in Orlando and I am very curious to see if the Philippines one tastes similar. "
The fast food chain recently announced that every McDonald's across the UK will be closed for the Queen's funeral on 19 September until later in the evening.
"In honour of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth Il and to enable everyone at McDonald's to pay their respects, our restaurants across the UK will be closed from midnight until 5pm on Monday 19th September," they wrote in a statement.
"Operating hours and services may vary after 5pm, so please check our app before travelling," they added.
