A man that says he had the 'world's smallest penis' has revealed how the condition has ruined his sex life.
Michael Phillips had worries over his size for a long time, and his rare medical condition had impacted his sex life and relationships for years before he decided to see a doctor about it in April this year.
However, the 36-year-old has chosen not to live his life in shame, as he has his eyes set on officially getting his title of world's smallest penis by being given a Guinness World Record.

The average size of one's manhood, according to Healthline, is 3.61in (9.17cm) for a flaccid penis and 5.16 inches (13.1cm) for an erect penis.
But Michael claimed that his penis measures at under one inch, only discovering his condition while he was at high school after a girl saw his size for the first time.
This incident proved to be quite traumatic for the American, as he says he was laughed at and has now given up on dating for good.

Having a 'micropenis' means he can't have sex and has to pee sitting down, as he said he is reminded of his lack in size every time he goes to the toilet.
In an interview with The Sun, he explained that he is looking for the world record title, and that he initially got his condition checked out because he couldn't have sex 'at all'.
“I went to the doctor about four or five months ago with concerns over my penis size. I was informed there is a condition called a micropenis," he revealed.

“I was referred to a urologist. I was always aware it had been small, but wasn't aware there was a condition for it."
Expanding on his journey, Michael added: "The main reason I went to the doctor was because my penis is actually too small to have sex at all.
“I have had a couple experiences of having sex and wasn't able to get it in and everything. From there I just stopped trying to date and lost interest in it."
He has since been mulling over penis enlargement surgery, as his confidence has taken a hit because of the condition.

The surgery would add girth and length by dividing the suspensory ligament and adding fat taken from the stomach and inner thighs.
But there's one problem with the method, however, according to Michael: "There are some surgeries, but they would only be able to add about an inch, inch-and-a-half.
“I’m thinking about it, but if that's all that I would be able to gain then I would still be within the spectrum of a micropenis, so I’m not sure if it would be worth it," he explained, adding that he still has appointments to decide on his next move.

Michael also spoke about how he is constantly reminded of the condition - whether he likes it or not.
"You have to see it every time you go to the bathroom. With this condition, going to the bathroom is even more challenging. I can’t stand to pee, I have to sit down. It makes it difficult when you’re out in public," the 36-year-old said.
"I had tickets to an NFL game, but you go to a restroom and it is just urinals lined up that I can’t use."
Despite his condition, he still lives his life as normal, travelling around the world and posting his experiences on his Instagram page, @whutzhisphaze, with several trips lined up in the near future.
