A mum has gone viral after sharing a video of a lunchbox she made for her son to take to school, having packed it with lobster, sparkling water and macaroons, and even introduced a gold colour scheme – a nod to his ‘golden birthday’. Take a look below:
Instragrammer Tiffany Keene (@real.at.tiffanys) regularly posts about her son’s incredible packed lunches, sending him off to school with everything from lobster – his ‘favourite’ – to steak sandwiches.

Sometimes she even pops a handwritten joke in there, too, to give nine-year-old Cruz a chuckle when he sits down to eat.
In a recent video, she explained how she made up a particularly special lunchbox to mark her son’s ‘golden birthday’, having wrapped the shrimp and lobster wrap in gold paper and sprayed the can of sparkling water gold.
They even started the day with some ‘cinnamon roll waffles’ for breakfast, as if the midday feast of seafood and macaroons wasn't enough.

"I painted his sparkling water gold to match the theme,” Keene said in the video.
“Then, I took a wrap and I added shrimp and lobster – yes, his favourite, shrimp and lobster; this boy loves seafood, so I had to make sure to incorporate it in his lunch today.
“I made sure I had everything gold, from utensils to napkins. I even wrote in gold for his note – so, yes, gold everything. Happy Golden Birthday, Cruz!

“He’s going to be so excited today when he opens his lunch and sees that his sandwich is even wrapped in gold.”
As for what a ‘golden birthday’ even is, Keene’s husband Nathan explained that over on Facebook, when he posted a photo of Cruz’s special lunch in the What’s in Your Lunchbox? group.
“I wanted to show you guys the 24K gold lunch my wife made for our son's golden birthday,” he wrote.

When one user asked him what a golden birthday was, he explained: "It's when your age matches the day of the month you were born."
So basically, if you’re born on 9 February – presumably when Cruz was – then your golden birthday is when your birthday falls on the ninth.
While some were a bit baffled by the idea, others focused on the contents of the lunchbox - or wished the youngster a happy birthday.

Over on her original Instagram post, one person wrote: “Happy birthday Cruz and good job, mama!!! He’s gonna feel so special.”
Someone else said: “This WHOLE Golden Lunch situation is everything. Also, Happy Birthday!!”
A third said it looked like the ‘best meal’, while another added: “I love this! Happy birthday Cruz.”
