There’s not a lot you can do in boxing that would enrage everyone on the opposition, but there was one ‘disgusting’ act which left people grossed out during last night's fight between Tyson Fury and Oleksandr Usyk.
Frank Warren, Fury’s promoter, was left raging after a member of Usyk's team did something so icky that you can’t even blame him for being riled up.
It was a fight like no other when Usyk beat Fury to become the undisputed heavyweight champion.

Winning by split decision, the Ukrainian champ just about made it against The Gypsy King in a close call by Saudi Arabian officials last night (18 May).
The 37-year-old boxer garnered scores of 115-112, 113-114, and 114-113, effectively grabbing the title in a crazy close encounter.
But it’s what happened during the post-fight interviews that had Warren all fired up.

A member of Usyk’s team spat water out of his mouth and on to Fury’s team’s faces... not once, but twice!
The man could be seen on TV spraying water from his mouth into Usyk's face in a bizarre act.
And the reason?
Many have speculated it was a quick method to cool the boxer down, and it’s assumed that it was supposed to go on Usyk’s face alone - except it sprayed everyone beside and behind him, which was Fury’s party.

The 72-year-old promoter was furious and he wasn’t the only one.
Even fans were p*ssed off about it.
Taking to social media, fans kicked up a fuss about the water-gate issue.

One wrote: “Why is no one talking about the guy that spit water in Usyk’s face TWICE during the post fight speeches. What is even going on here!?”
Someone else claimed it was a personal attack on Fury: “This was the guy big John headbutted from team Usyk. This was aimed at team fury but usyk caught some strays.”
Another said: “Might be wrong but i think hes spitting on usyk to try and cool him down if u look at his hat all the water goes on him.”
One person claimed that he ended up injured after the spitting: “Probably the dude that got headbutted my Fury’s team.”

To which someone replied: “Yh fairs if it is.”
Another noticed Warren waving his hand at the man and said: "Frank Warren was having none of it."
Aside from this, the pair shared a touching moment before Usyk was crowned the victor, when Fury pulled him in for a bear hug and kissed him on the head.
Then, just moments after the winner was announced, he told his opponent: “Good work Oleksandr. You're a strong man and a very good boxer. Very good, my brother. In Christ.”
Usyk replied with how long he’d been preparing for this moment: “Listen, I started preparing for you when you were boxing in 2008, European champion.”
To which Fury said: “Thank you my brother, you're a very good boxer. I love it, I love it, good moves.”
That’s when the Gypsy King made a promise like no other to the new undisputed heavyweight champion.
He said: “I'd like to come to Ukraine with my family and have a holiday with your family and you can come to my house and have a holiday with me.”
Hopefully the invitation wasn’t recanted due to the spitting fiasco.
