It's never good when a woman starts chatting up your husband. But it's arguably much worse when AI begins hitting on your man whilst he's playing video games.
Well, this is exactly what happened to one woman who claimed Amazon's voice-assistant Alexa started talking to her hubby in the middle of the night. Watch below:
Taking to her TikTok page, content creator Jess (@cozylifewithbless) explained why she is 'officially done with Alexa'.

In the recent video, she said: "I thought it was creepy enough that a few months ago whenever I was like 'Alexa set a timer for five minutes' she'd be like 'for Jess, here are some recommendations', or like 'hello Jess, welcome back'.
"So I think that's already weird that Alexa can recognise my voice.
"But then this past weekend, I was gone out of town, and the Alexa kept going off, and it kept talking to my husband.
"He was playing video games at 1am and he was like, 'Alright, this is just super, super weird'."

Jess continued: "And I have been seeing a lot of people's videos on TikTok about like how their Alexa has been, like really creeping them out or like doing some weird things.
"And yesterday we were just done, as soon as she was just speaking after not being talked to at all, unplugged it. And yesterday I ordered a kitchen timer, because that's the only thing we even use, Alexa for is just to set timers.
"And yeah, that was kind of our final straw."

In the comments section, most viewers said they had no issues with their Alexa.
"It saved my mom when she fell and didn't have her cell with her. It heard her calling for help, asked if she needed help and called me," one user wrote.
"When you set the Alexa up it is set up on your Amazon account that has your name on it. There is nothing strange going on," another added.

"You have to teach Alexa your voice. Mine has asked many times and we’ve never set it up.. so yeah you did that babe," a third explained.
"I have had mine for several years and I have no problems," a fourth said.
However, others revealed that they've also had issues with their Alexa in the past.
"Mine would constantly play weird music in the middle of night," one person reported.

"Yes, I caught my google several times talking or asking me questions," a second added.
"Mine just always says 'sorry I couldn’t understand that' when I didn’t talk at 3am and it makes my skin crawl," a third penned.
