BBQ deals at Asda that are absolute fire

Summer is (finally!) here, and so is BBQ season. But forget burnt sausages and limp burgers, because Asda is serving up the ultimate inspiration for a mouthwatering feast.

But he didn’t stop there. Every single item got a gourmet makeover, elevating it to totally new heights.

The burgers got a generous layer of melted cheese singles (because no BBQ is complete without them), nestled between Asda's Extra Special brioche buns (£1.35 for 4), along with crisp lettuce, classic burger sauce, and tangy onion.

The lamb was elevated to a whole new level, served on grilled flatbreads with creamy tzatziki, salty feta, and fresh mint. The spicy chicken wings were smothered in bbq sauce, followed by a garnish of chives (fancy), before - this is where things got really wild - crumbling over a sharing bag of Bacon Bites crisps for added crunch and meaty flavour.

Even the humble chipolatas got a gourmet makeover, topped with melted mozzarella, fragrant basil pesto, and sliced up to share.

Everything was loaded up onto a massive platter ready to serve to his hungry guests ahead of the upcoming match. We’re sure our invite’s on its way. Right, Ollie?
