A lawyer who represented Virgina Giuffre in her previous legal cases has spoken out after she says she was given 'days to live’.
The 41-year-old claimed yesterday (31 March) that she had been in a bus crash as she shared a photo seeming to show her in a hospital bed with severe bruising.
Giuffre wrote on Instagram: “They've given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.

"I think it's important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing down for a turn, that no matter what your car is made of, it might as well be a tin can."
Brad Edwards, based in the US, told MailOnline that it was a ‘very bad situation’.

The lawyer previously represented Giuffre and said they were ‘hoping for better news in the coming days’ as he hopes she will pull through with good medical care.
In her Instagram post, the 41-year-old said: “I’m ready to go, just not until I see my babies one last time,” presumably in reference to her three children.

Giuffre’s publicist said in a statement to LADbible: "Virginia has been in a serious accident and is receiving medical care in the hospital. She greatly appreciates the support and well wishes people are sending."
The American is one of Jeffrey Epstein’s most prominent accusers and alleged she was trafficked by him and Ghislaine Maxwell to Prince Andrew when she was 17.
She sued the royal on multiple charges including battery, sexual assault, and the infliction of emotional distress in a case back in August 2021.
The Duke of York denied all claims but reached an out-of-court settlement with her in 2022.

The settlement included a statement in which Prince Andrew expressed regret for his association with Epstein but didn't include an admission of liability or an apology.
Giuffre had most recently been living with her children and husband Robert in North Perth, Australia, but recent reports suggest the pair have split after 22 years of marriage.
While she claims a ‘school bus driver’ came at her at ‘110km as we were slowing down for a turn’, it remains unclear where and when this incident occurred.
The BBC says both Western Australia police and ambulance services said they have no records of such an accident happening in recent weeks.
Police later told the outlet they had located records of a ‘minor crash’ between a bus and a car on 24 March but that no injuries had been reported as a result.
