One said: "Paul understood the assignment. Yes he got to be there but he knew he had to get that special moment in close just incase."
Another added: "So cool to see. Vision plus execution results in a fantastic win that went far beyond just the game. Congrats."
For those for might not be up to speed on this unbelievable Hollywood story, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenny bought Wrexham AFC back in November 2020.
It was a wild move and many wondered why two actors would want to purchase a fifth-tier football club that is based in Wales.

While they faced a lot of speculation, they've managed to prove their doubters wrong.
They have invested heavily in the local community and the dream finally came to fruition during the match against Boreham Wood.
There's even been a hit Disney+ documentary series made about it all, with fans thrown into the spotlight and the club going global.
As a result of the meteoric rise, Reynolds and McElhenny were recently awarded the freedom of the city.

At the event, Reynolds said, as per the BBC: "I think back to that first moment. We were on Zoom speaking to the Wrexham Supporters' Trust and I don't think I have ever been as nervy as I was in that exact moment.
"I'm so touched I get to be a part of this story. I know that we are here so that you guys can thank us for some reason, but I feel like it is the other way around.
"We want to thank you for what you have given us. Words are too clumsy to quantify what it means to me."
