Tommy Fury calls out Jake Paul after fight in Dubai

Tommy Fury took on last minute opponent Rolly Lambert Fogum after Paul Bamba pulled out due to a weigh-in controversy

Tommy Fury has called out Jake Paul after his bizarrely boring fight in Dubai.

For anyone that watched, that had to be one of the most non-eventful boxing exhibitions of all time as Tommy Fury faced up against Rolly Lambert Fogum earlier tonight (13 November).

Fogum was a last minute replacement as original opponent Paul Bamba pulled out due to Fury's weigh-in controversy.

The most entertaining part of the fight was Jake Paul's very sweary performance as commentator.

Although, shortly after the fight finished, Tommy Fury's father John decides to go full-Hulk and throw his top off in pure anger.

The father demanded that 'b*tch' Jake Paul make his way to the ring as Jake called him a 'miserable fat old man'.

Tommy then grabbed the mic and called out Paul as their rivalry continues to boil over as Paul pretty much spent the whole fight talking s**t about Tommy Fury.

Despite Tommy demanding that Jake make his way to the ring, Paul remained put at ringside.

"He had the high ground. Anyone that knows about war knows the high ground. That was madness. Honestly, I thought damn…he should start an OnlyFans," Jake later said.

Also for anyone wondering, the exhibition fight meant that no winner was announced - makes sense as the fighters didn't do much fighting.

The brother of Tyson was due to fight Paul Bamba tonight, but Tommy missed weight by nearly 7 pounds.

The fight contract, obtained by BoxingScene.com, states that fighters should weigh a maximum of 79.379 kilograms (175 pounds).

Tommy came in at 181.5 pounds.

After the weigh-in, Bamba told Boxing Social: "I just wanted to let it be known, my opponent did not make his contracted weight. There might not be a fight tomorrow night if they can’t come to an agreement with me.

"I’m going through the motions and I’m being respectful right now, but at the end of the day a contract is a contract."

He added: "I weighed in right under 175lbs, apparently he weighed in at 82.3kgs (181.4lbs) which is about 6.5lbs over the weight limit. He’s about to rehydrate. I’m not a sucker and I’m not a journeyman.

"So hopefully they sort it all out and then we’ll have a fight. If not, we will not."

Then just hours before the pair were set to go head-to-head on the Floyd Mayweather vs Deji undercard, the fight was cancelled.

Bamba said: “I wasn't given what I wanted, they've been telling people they offered me a bunch of things, ultimately when I get home and there's less to worry about I will be more vocal about this.

“At the end of the day there were two separate contracts for the weight like I’ve been stating, which is not fair. I don’t know whose fault that is, I’m not placing blame on anybody, but it’s not right.

“I made weight, I did what I needed to do, I was willing to make a negotiation and make things happen if things were done the right way.”
