She's still lifting weights and getting workouts in while she is more than seven months pregnant, which proves us lot really have no excuse to be dodging the gym.
Kat regularly wows people with her pregnancy power online by sharing her fitness content, but one of her recent TikTok videos really left people gobsmacked.
The first-time-mum explained she had discovered an interesting way to 'engage your core' while you've got a bun in the oven, which she says also 'prepares your body for labour and postpartum'.

And in the process, it also makes her baby bump shrink and virtually disappear in front of your very eyes.
Kat shared a clip showing her 'sucking in' her bump at 28 weeks pregnant, by slowly breathing out as she incredibly pulled her abdomen in.
She captioned the clip: "Keeping that pelvic floor engaged = not looking pregnant when I do abs."

Viewers couldn't believe how she managed to make her big bump vanish with the simple breathing exercise and had plenty of questions to ask her in the comment section.
One said: "Doesn't it hurt?"
Another wrote: "How do some women do this? I'm 16 weeks and can't hold my belly."
A third added: "I did this and it literally felt like I did 30 sit ups. I couldn't breathe for 10 minutes!"

A fourth joked: "Baby comes out begging for a rest day."
And a fifth laughed: "Babies ears just popped at the end."
The content creator reassured her inquisitive followers it was safe to do and that it was 'actually super good' to prepare your body pregnancy, labour and postpartum.

Experts back Kat's conclusion, saying that sucking in your stomach while pregnant is harmless when done for short periods of time, although mums-to-be are warned not to do it for prolonged periods.
Abdominal exercises can support your core stomach muscles and pelvic floor while a little baby is growing inside, which can help your body bounce back when they finally enter the world.
