Born Vangelia Pandeva Gushterova, Baba Vanga has a reputation for predicting the future and is said to have an 85 percent success rate.
Even though she passed away in 1996 (for which she even predicted the day), she’s had some astonishing success with her abilities.
Baba Vanga predicted the 9/11 attacks, Brexit and even Princess Diana’s death - so, she’s quite spot on.
For 2024, Baba Vanga reportedly predicted that the climate would worsen.

This is actually pretty scary as she warned that this year would be the ‘warmest year on record’, and she wasn't wrong.
We’ve had extreme weather at both ends of the scale and even Samantha Burgess, Deputy Director of the Copernicus Climate Change Service said that 2024 was on track to be the warmest year on record too.
She explained: “After 10 months of 2024, it is now virtually certain that 2024 will be the warmest year on record and the first year of more than 1.5ºC above pre-industrial levels, according to the ERA5 dataset.”
While Baba Vanga is known for predicting a lot of negative events, it seems she also had quite a good eye for technological advancements.

The mystic believed that medical advancements in treating cancer and Alzheimer’s in 2024 would hit a breakthrough - and she was right.

According to the World Economic Forum, the INTERLACE trial showed that a short course of chemotherapy before general treatment went on to reduce the risk of death by 40 percent. It also decreased the risk of cancer coming back by 35 percent.

It's said the blind mystic 'believed' 2025 will be the year for Hamilton as his move to Ferrari will see him win his eighth title in 2025 and overtake Michael Schumacher.
While sources aren’t backing this one up, it’s still pretty cool that Hamilton’s name is coming up when it comes to Baba Vanga.
